     Successful change management is impossible without a good story. This goes double for change leadership.      A sure sign of an inexperienced, ineffectual, or idiotic project (change) leader, project manager, or change manager is genuine belief that the way to communicate change is with “just the facts” in terse bullet points because (just like executives) stakeholders are busy and don’t read/listen to all the extra unnecessary verbiage.      Not only is the belief demonstrably wrong, proven throughout human experience, but it begs the question: If facts in bullets is so right to communicate change, why does it fail so…...
