Like everything else, training should be developed, tested, and revised as necessary until it is as effective as it can be. Testing training is usually circumstantial because each training type and each distinct role creates complexity—at least in delivery. Though seemingly simple, the work to test training materials/methods then remedy issues is the essence of this Play.
