"What a difference" success update

This communiqué puts a point on and continues reinforcement messaging with a focus on the success of the project and the transition. (Even if success is questionable, it is essential to communicate it.) This message is bigger than the project itself. The objective is to alleviate concerns or fears of any change, and to solidify a sense that if everyone pulls together and does their part, improvement to everyone’s benefit will happen.
Incorporating part of the testimonial with proof of how valuable every individual’s change has been to the organization’s change overall is the flavour of the message. It should be contextualized within the organization’s larger goals, progress, and self-conception. The communication is used with the Move Create and post success story.

Optimally this email will come under the pen of the Executive sponsor(s).

No example. The framing of the message is too dependent on broader organizational goals and internal communication strategy.
