Representatives of impacted roles

The project team should have representation from the impacted stakeholders and stakeholder areas. Within any given stakeholder area some job roles may be affected while others are not or are affected less. Roles are job titles representing performance of specific tasks. There ought to be a person on the team representing such roles.

The representative of a given, impacted role may be the representative of the impacted stakeholder. But it is equally possible that the stakeholder area contains multiple impacted roles and assigns unique representatives for each role.
