Representatives of impacted people

The project team should have representation from the impacted stakeholders and stakeholder areas. Within any given stakeholder area some job roles may be affected while others are not or are affected less. Roles are job titles that represent performance of specific tasks. For the organization to operate effectively, the role should be filled by an individual. The person in the impacted role is an “impacted person.” There will be a person on the team representing that person (through the role, the stakeholder, and so on). Roles generally constitute multiple people doing the same class of job.

Generally the representative of a given, impacted role will be the representative of the impacted person/people.
