Nominated team members

In some situations, particularly relevant to change management, the project may ask for employees to be nominated to participate in an activity. They may or may not be added to the main project team. A good example is testers or guinea pigs for training, to review work aids, or to provide a testimonial. There are other reasons in other circumstances. In every case, The Playbook refers to these individuals as “nominated” team members.

As is for key project team, the nominated descriptor is situational to the Move at hand and not general.
