Impacted stakeholder administrators

To simplify communication and interaction with stakeholder areas for administrative tasks such as identifying employees, gathering communication coordinates, and scheduling, it can be beneficial to interact with a point person that can give those tasks the time and breadth of awareness (of the stakeholder area) they deserve. It is more effective for both the stakeholder and the project.

There is always an administrator, for the closest line manager or for a sponsoring line executive somewhere near the apex of the stakeholder area, that will be the right point person. “Right” is only to suggest having the most current and readily accessible knowledge and information about the inner workings of the stakeholder area. This becomes invaluable as the size of the stakeholder area expands.
