Plan training

Every change situation will require some training, be that a brief explanation/advisory or a full classroom curriculum. Even if the training challenge can be turned over to the Learning and Development department, getting ready to effectively train can be extensive. The work to determine the type of training and plan to deliver the right training the right way is the essence of this Play.
