Focus on behaviour

Change management is not about the mechanics of changes within the organization. It is about efficiently changing people’s behaviour. Once the change(s) is/are specified and those that need to change are known, specifically applicable individual behaviours (a) as they exist now, (b) how they are to be in the future, and the gap between need to be identified. The work to get that clarity and focus is the essence of this Play.
