Learn Lessons

This last step, Learn Lessons, is about tidying up and ensuring the benefits of the change experience are captured to persist for future benefit. There may be some hold-over administrative and organizational activities required to transition performance management to an operational authority if these were not done during the prior step. There are also activities to finalize and conclude the project, capturing knowledge for the future.

Presumably, at this point all planned communication for the project has been completed. Messages can, of course, be resent or reiterated to new audiences if that is desired or in the plan but there are no new actions on this front.
Performance of these Moves effectively concludes the change deployment and change management support.
